  I have spent several 000s of dollars with Ken's Plumbing in Gladstone both in the plumbing section and Homeware's store, but I think one employee merits a special mention. Her name is Paula. I had an issue with a shower I purchased. Paula could not do enough to help me. Her dedication to the customers is very rare to find in this day and age, and I feel she deserves a special mention. Why do I think she stands out? It's because the from the moment I walked into the shop she listened to my concern and solved my problem with what seemed to be no effort at all. I think if only she could be cloned, Kens Plumbing would make a fortune selling her clones. Thankyou for all your help Paula, It's certainly not the last time I will shop in Ken's Plumbing.

  Kens plumbing (in particular Adam caisley) shirks all there warranty claims in particular with taps and vanities _ he comes thru with delay after delay and just SHIRKS making a decision hoping in the end you will just get sick of contacting him
